These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MightClick.ai, a Chrome extension provided by Sistemica GmbH (“us”, “we”, or “our”), located at Haingärten 5, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany.
By accessing and using MightClick.ai, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MightClick.ai if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Services Provided MightClick.ai is an extension (plugin) for the Chrome Web-Browser. It offers AI functionalities including summarizing websites, creating pictures from text, translating text, changing text tone, and the ability to share results to a configured webhook for further processing. These services are contingent on the availability of external AI model providers such as OpenAI.
2. Subscription and Payment
- Fees: The extension is available under a subscription model. The basic version costs €7.99 per month, and the standard version costs €11.99 per month, which includes additional features such as custom prompts and actions.
- Token Budget: Each subscription provides a monthly budget of tokens, which are reset every month.
- Payment Provider: Our payments are processed through Lemonsqueezy.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Users can terminate their subscriptions at any time. The terms for refunds will be governed by our payment provider’s policies.
3. User Responsibilities You are responsible for configuring webhooks appropriately and ensuring that any shared content complies with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use MightClick.ai for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to MightClick.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the software itself, are owned by Sistemica GmbH or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to distribute the code in any manner, or parts of it, without any consent from us.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties MightClick.ai is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Sistemica GmbH makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this extension or the materials contained on it. Additionally, nothing contained on this extension shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you. You are responsible to ensure the compatibility with your specific Browser/Operating System combination. We don’t take responsiblity of any data loss or other damage on your systems.
6. Limitation of Liability Sistemica GmbH or its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of MightClick.ai.
7. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Germany for the resolution of any disputes.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of MightClick.ai after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
